Welcome to Downfallen, a fanlisting and upcoming tribute to Hei from Darker Than Black. An enigma with a heart, caring and showing feeling when he shouldn't, Hei is difficult to read, but in this upcoming tribute, I'd like to try. He's my favorite character from any anime, and I would love to eventually explore his appeal to me. For now, though, I am very happy to run his fanlisting!
